Henry Young heads up the business, travelling regularly between London and Kildare where he has family. He has worked in global insurance, hedge fund of funds and FMCG businesses. He has consulted widely (from a specialist hospital to a coffee shop!) as well as having involvement in a global Angel Investment Network and as a part-time business school lecturer.

 

From his own experience, he identified a need to have a trusted confidant for his businesses who could step in if needed. He also noticed that there were many times when he had time on his hands which he could use profitably on behalf of others in need like himself. He could also see that there were needs which standard accountancy firms do not provide and standard interim management providers provide too expensively and in a "gun for hire" manner. This is especially true in the 10-100 employee sized businesses. From these complementary themes Reserve-Exec was born.

 

His colleagues are all experienced business persons who have their own businesses and whom he calls upon to assist clients with Reserve-Exec's services. This utilises his and their spare capacity between projects, and produces a network of cross-fertilising ideas, on a personal rather than a digital platform. It is about finding solutions for problems so that we all get better and thrive.
